  : Bed was wrapped in plastic and had no sheets. Contacted managing company (vacasa) because no staff was actually located on premises. I was told to go buy my own sheets! Also was locked out of our room multiple times because the code changed.

  : Rooms were dirty, outdated furniture and we couldnt sleep on the beds because they were very uncomfortable. As mentioned above, the location and the a/c were the only good things about this hotel. Very disappointed with this hotel and I dont recommend it.

  : It was nasty the bed was horrible the sheets were dirty there were stains on the couch the faucet on the shower was broken the toilet overflowed horrible

  : The view was great. The staff at the front desk were friendly but unable to accommodate my needs due to the structure of the management of the facility. A lot of eateries and things to do when the beach wasn't an option.
  : Half the light bulbs were blown, the mattress still had plastic on it, my parked truck was involved in a hit-and-run in the parking garage, and security wasn't able to determine any relevant information (even though it was right in front of a camera, because of the poor quality of the camera), I actually checked out two days early. Construction activities were conducted in the middle of the night, the main entrance was blocked, and I couldn't load/unload my vehicle conveniently; having only one leg and triple the distance was very difficult. Not enough large luggage dollies. There were too many emails and messages to separate important information from the dribble easily; half the links in the emails were dead. They didn't connect to anything, and there were no maps or instructions on how to check in.
