  : Location was great, swimming pool was a big plus.
  : House wasn't very clean, damage around house (kitchen island had holes in the wood from being kicked, plaster on bathroom wall not repainted, bathroom towel holder fell every time it was touched). Bunk beds were about two sleeps away from falling apart. Definitely needs an update, very dated. Walked in and kids said "this looks like an old person house".

  : location was great, pool area wonderful. Also liked the set up of the downstairs, was nice for all being together and in same area.
  : Our parents always told us to leave a place better then you found it, but it is pretty bad when you can do that the first hour in the place. Had to change a light bulb that was broken in the kitchen, cleaned the kitchen. Fixed the ice maker, and water dispenser. List could go on. Grill is broken, every TP holder is either hanging by a thread or off completely. The attention to details is very much lacking. Only 5 chairs for a massive table in the dining room. Balcony furniture was nasty and half broken. I’d say spend the extra money for a nice place but…. well this one is expensive enough so, I don’t know. When we got there I had no instructions on how to get in, had to call and get them sent to me. No pool passes, had to call for some. i had inquired previous to trip about beach towel. Was told there were some, there weren’t. I’ve always had really good experiences with AirBnB’s so think I’ll stick with that and leave this booking.com alone. Although we may be back to this area, we for sure will not be back to Sonnyside.

  : Came in to cock roaches in the kitchen . Went and got spray and sprayed . Sent email no response. Broken kitchen chairs refrigerator drawers broke . Bathroom towel rack broke just laying on tub. The futon bed is literally snapped in half. Walls are very dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Doesn't seem any of the toilets are completely level on the floor. Hall light upstairs just flashes. Very unimpressed on the cost of this rental and to walk in and see cockroaches...would not recommend

  : It was spacious and convenient to all the places we needed to go to.
  : There were roaches and spiders in the whole house. The house was dirty and found items left behind from previos renters. The dryer didn’t work and the remotes didn’t have batteries for the TVs. The futon was filthy and not good to stay on with out blankets. The showers were leaking overall the house was nice but why an extra cleaning charge if the house isn’t going to be cleaned? I would not stay here again.

  : The house itself was lovely. It was designed just the way it was pictured. Beds was clean
  : This place was not so good. Due to this place had so many roaches. And my second day stay someone from the rentals company call me during my goodnight sleep round 1:20am telling me that I had to move to another location after they got over $2,400 dollars out of me.. I was not pleased at all with my stay…

  : The house was a short walk from the pool and the beach! The dinning room table fit all 7 of us, which is a big deal!
  : There were no hot pads for cooking/baking. Bugs all came out on day 3 and I mean A LOT of bugs.

  : The tray with the wrist bands for the pool was missing 7 but I called Customer service and informed them... It stated if any was missing it would be a extra charge....We had no intentions on utilizing that area!!! Didn’t want to have to pay for something that We didn’t use....

  : The house look to had been cleaned properly during this pandemic time. There was also a towel that looked like it had poop on it! Very disappointed! And property management didn’t seem to care as I called 3 times and fail to return my call until the day before we was leaving! Not happy at all and won’t be staying with Vacasa homes never!
