  : The property has a great location!
  : We travelled with our two young children. Upon arrival it was 62 F in the house at night. The HVAC system was wirelessly disconnected, so, we did not have access to heat or cold in the house. Our children were dressed in long sleeves and bundled to keep them warm. We have tried every evening unsuccessfully to contact Vacasa to have our HVAC turned on to only be redirected to a different department that offered no answers or help. We asked to be transferred to a different condo but were told that everything was booked up. We felt profoundly desperate, frustrated and disappointed. No one was there to answer our questions or provide help when needed. This is not a safe place!
