  : Was lied to by staff that they couldn’t check me in when I arrived bc of the outage. Called corporate and they advised me that I should’ve been able to be checked in manually unless I had made the reservation that day. This reservation was made a month ago at least. I had to change in the lobby bathroom to prepare for a corporate site visit they I flew into town while someone was defecating. I went directly to the job site. When I asked another employee after the site visit why I wasn’t able to be manually checked in, she told me the same lie. There was no concern for my situation. I made prior notes when booing my stay about arriving an hour or two early before check-in and was told they should be able to accommodate me (I have an e-mail response if you would like evidence of that conversation). That was not the case. I would be more understanding of your staff even feigned some type of concern for my situation. They were cold, robotic and visually annoyed with my issue. I will never book another stay with Hyatt house in Lakewood. I have already expressed my concerns with my company (which is a Fortune 500 company) that uses your business for corporate visits also. They are also aware of how I was treated. I had a very harrowing experience and it left a very sour taste in my mouth overall.
  : Pool reeked of strong chlorine smell. Mold in my shower that looked as thought there was an unsuccessful attempt to cover it with caulk. Front doors remained locked at all times. Very inconvenient when you are attempting to check in and don’t have a key card.
