  : I was pleasantly surprised by the room! Our room was on the first floor so we could walk right out of the sliding door and be out on the patio. The patio area could use some updating to make it look nicer but, it was still a great area to hang out. The building is right on the ocean and all of the rooms at Seaside have a view.
  : There was no AC but luckily, we brought fans and left the windows open, so we had a breeze off the water. The bathroom could use some updating (the shower curtain tends to fall down randomly too) and the blinds on the windows need to be replaced but, other than that the property was very nice especially for the price.

  : Very good location, walk to the beach and overlooks the water. Very clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing

  : Ocean view is amazing, there is a private beach available, walking distance to a breakfast place. Parking for the only one car.
  : Doesnt have a toilet paper!!! Everything is dirty and outdated, a lot of broken parts, such as sliding doors, shower curtains, outlets etc.

  : After reading previous comments, we had very low expectations. We would not have booked if comments were read 1st. It was surprisingly much better than expected.
  : Electrical (scary in some places) was the main concern. Three wall plugs were loose (one without a cover) and would stop working if wiggled. The overhead light in the bedroom was out (bulb?) and there was a lamp (without a shade). There were no plugs in the bathroom. Electrical safety is the #1 concern. With no AC (expected, no problem) the sliding door needed to be opened. The sliding screen door was broken and kept falling out of the track.Still, the value was very good.
