  : The unit was outdated smelly beds were uncomfortable one bed frame was falling apart. Living rm. couch smelled of urine. Small bath rm had black mold on grout and tiles. Shower curtain was all moldy over 12 inches from bottom up! Fridge water and ice maker did not work. Lamp did not have lamp shade in bed rm and only table in room was a tv tray. Closets could not be used because they were full of owners belongings!! Patio screen door was ripped to shreds. Laundry card did not work and no one in office to help return my money for the card I paid for.Construction grinding concrete floors everyday dust every where been going on since beginning on March was not made aware when we booked. Had to use stairs I have disability with stairs. Pictures on site page were different from the actual place. Bait and switch.

  : The location for beach access was great, just a short walk. It was easy driving to for other activities.
  : Too basic of a unit for the price. The master bedroom didn't have a ceiling fan and was warm for sleeping. The bathroom were like motels (small). There was an old carpet rolled up in the closet with what looked like was pet stains. There was rile throughout the living room, with the humidity was very slippery. When entering and exiting the building, you had to walk up stairs. Having beach items and groceries were a chore to get in and out.

  : Fleas they where all over our apartment. We have bits and pictures to back this up. Would not recommend this to anyone. No happy at all.
