  : The property was spacious and in a nice community.
  : The house was not clean. Upon arrival the trash had not been emptied. Mounds of trash in front of the entry door. Kitchen floor was sticky- had not been mopped. All of the linens on the beds were dirty. Found a dead roach in one of the showers down stairs. Most of the walls had marks on them and a couple of the slats were missing for the vertical blinds that covered the sliding glass door. We’ve stayed at Champions Gate before at nicer homes. was disappointed in this home. It’s a nice home but a bit dated. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job with cleaning, especially considering the fact that there’s still a Pandemic going on. My family and I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies and clean and sanitize the house ourselves, as well as wash as much along the bed linen as we could.
