  : The size of the house accommodations with all the rooms was nice and the location.
  : The pool was not working for 4 days into our stay.the wire for one of the lamps was cut in the downstairs bedroom and the wire for the jacuzzi was cut so we were not able to use it. The floors had stains on it. The coffee pot and tea kettle were filthy and rusty. The grill was inoperable. Repeated phone calls to customer service and no reply or resolutions for days.
