  : The place was a total mess, we were lied to telling that the place had bedbugs. I truly feel that they wanted to move us and rent the house to another party for more money.The rep that called was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! She didn't even live there .We were finally able to speak to her supervisor and he assisted us. The house was not what we expected. Funiture was missing, the cable didn't work, the projector for movies didn't work, the bathroom had a leak, the microwave had no warmer plate, the pool was freezing and I paid for the pool to be heated!!! . Finally a nice rep who actually worked there came and fixed the pool and cable. She was unable to fix the rest because it was beyond her control. She said she would put in a COMPLAINT because she agreed that the place was not up to par. About a week after returning home I recieved a call from Vascasa rep apologizing. I was told that he received the complaint and will let his supervisor know. He proceeded to say I will recieve a phone call from higher management about receiving some compensation back for my stay.. ANOTHER LIE!!! I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL, IT'S NOW JANUARY 4TH 2022!!!! , MY STAY WAS NOVEMBER 12TH- 21ST 2021!!!! MORE LIES, I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM VASCASA AGAIN!!!!!!!!
