  : The room smelled like smoke and they ended up charging me for that even though I don’t smoke and I was with my kids. They should have noticed it when they cleaned the room before I got there but instead they want to pin it on me which is such a load of crap.

  : The location was good for where I needed to be. Staff was nice for the most part. Rooms were nice but not $100+ per night nice. Rooms were clean thoe.
  : We were repeatedly woke up by the CONSTANT "doorbell/chime"! my room was on the 1st floor near the front. The constant chime from the staff going in and out every 30 SECONDS was ridiculous! And not exaggerated... anyone talking in the halls was clearly heard, and the door doesn't cancel anything out. The pool was very small, so it wasn't really "shareable" with the kids that were in it to try to be at one end or another so we didn't get to enjoy that. We tried to grab breakfast and yes it towards the end of breakfast time but things were still out and instead of the staff stepping to the side so we could grab a plate they just kept packing everything up and taking it away, other than that the staff was nice at check in and when we needed towels.
