  : We booked ahead using the booking.com app, arrived and found the hotel was shut. There is something very wrong with the system to allow us to book, and pay for a hotel which is closed then have to claim a refund

  : Nothing. Nothing. Nothing.
  : Everything. Apparently this hotel isnt open. I drove 15mins for the doors to be locked, they have some type of phone outside to call the front desk if youre checking in late. The phone just rings. The lights in the building are like off as if it was vacant. There was a security guard that walked up to me as I was attempting to use the phone he said they are closed and theres a sign on the door as well. So I dont understand how or why my reservation even went through idk this whole experience was WEIRD.

  : Nothing, bc I couldnt stay there. I got there and the hotel was CLOSED . Completely shut down. Nobody was there, nobody answered the phone, nobody answered the chat. Im still trying to contact this hotel for my refund. If the hotel is closed, it shouldnt be available for booking.

  : They are under construction so Im hoping that was the issue. The air didnt work and they did not offer a price reduction. No early check in. Tim was plain and dirty.

  : When I arrived the hotel was closed due to renovations. I did not receive not one notice from booking.com or extended stay regarding this matter. I spoke with an hotel employee who's demeanor was pleasant, however could not provide me with alternative accommodations at another location. My main issue is that booking.com's follow up is piss poor because, being that they are the hotel brokerage, they should have know this. More over than this, I tried to submit for a cancellation online an was unsuccessful due to technical difficulties with the website. Last but not least, I am still experiencing attempts for cancellation payments to my listed payment method.

  : I got charged to sleep in a room we couldnt even check into. they said they had no running water, no ac/heat, no electric. The crappiest service I have ever seen.
