: construction close by which was kinda loud. the water was iron heavy and rusty looking. there is a carpenter bee infestation

: We loved the location and quietness of the neighborhood.
: The house keeping was lacking, the hard water odor was almost too much to bear and it would have been nice, for my husband, to have caught fish in the river.

: Loved the peacefulness and the open layout in the house. Easy access to the river and not far from the store or restaurants. I loved the swing on the back porch. The home was stocked with everything you could need.
: The water was very hard and it did stink but it's not unbearable. The bed was not the most comfortable but we slept fine either way.
