  : The location is perfect if you dont have a car. Restaurants, bars, water taxis and ferry - everything in walking distance. The receptionist was also very kind!
  : The room and overall building however - an outright disaster. The guest house looks old and run down. To get to our room, we had to step on some provisionally put together wooden bars. The couches you see on the photos provided by the owner were dirty and rotten. To the room: it was clean, however extremely badly appointed and also run down. No closet with hangers, no table, only two pretty dirty outdoor chairs. Paint was chipping off the walls and they were soaking wet whenever we turned off the A/C. The door to the bathroom didnt close, one corner of the door was shredded/ missing. Bottom line: nothing is well preserved in this guest house. Poor value for that amount of money.
