  : We didn’t stay. They had one room left and I paid for it. My girlfriend got there early and still charged her car even though I paid for it earlier in the day and she had the receipt and confirmation number. It was later in the evening and the room wasn’t cleaned and they still sent her up to it with the key. Room was filthy bed wasn’t made, dirty towels and trash everywhere. She said even if housekeeping did make up the room it was dusty and nasty. We weren’t going to stay there or wait hours for them to be able to clean it so they canceled it. I’m still waiting on my refund and so is my girlfriend. The hotel front desk lied and said that they would contact booking and let them know they messed up and now I paid for a room that we didn’t even stay in. I am not happy with my experience through booking since I can’t seem to talk to a person and get this resolved and especially the hotel and staff.
