  : Location was great. The front desk was so helpful and checked in through the visit. Bartenders were amazing and made you want to come back. Everyday saw someone cleaning the carpets in the main area so I knew it was a clean place.
  : My one hang up. I get the hotel was a Hilton and location was prime. There were also a lot of events going on that weekend in Cincy and I didn’t mine to pay a pretty penny for a place to enjoy. However, for the price, which was high, these basic things should have not been an issue. In room 226, in the bathroom both faucets turned but only one produced water. Taking a shower was like an Olympic event. The rod was pulling out of the wall and since it was dropping the curtain you couldn’t keep it closed. It wanted to bunch in the center. Also the tv went out several times in 2 days. When I texted the hotel line I was told ‘must be the weather’ because it was slightly raining?!? Also the morning we woke up to leave there was no hot water at all. I told front desk and while the women was nice she didn’t seem like she really cared much. The hotel staff was the saving grace for this review, loved them. They price for what I got, thumb down!

  : The bar tender on the second night was very friendly and fun. Other than that, it was pretty awful.
  : Check in was a nightmare. Our room was not very clean and had a strange odor. The pull out bed was terribly uncomfortable and trash was inside the bed as we opened it. There were not enough pillows or towels, even though we booked and paid for 4 adults. Breakfast was horrific-there were no plates for a very long time and most of the food was continuously empty even an hour and 1/2 before it ended. Even the omlet had the wrong/missing ingredients listed on the menu. The stairs going to the street were dangerously coming apart and looked rotted. The whole place was dangerously understaffed and unkept. We stayed here a few years ago and it was a completely different experience. It was also very expensive. I felt extremely ripped off. There was no snacks or anything on the first night for the “evening reception” and we couldn’t get anyone to even get us a drink so after 25 min we left!! That was one of the bonuses we liked and did not get. Digital check-in did not work and we were almost late to our concert because we had to wait for over an hour in a crazy line to get our keys, even though we supposedly already had checked in and it was after 4:00, check in time. It was an overall awful experience both nights.
