  : The look.
  : I booked my room in advance. Mind you I live 2 hours away I arrived to the hotel room about 11:30pm.At first they told me they couldn’t find my booking then they told me that the room I have booked doesn’t have AC and they couldn’t accommodate me in any other room. I don’t understand why they didn’t call me or send a email out. It’s very simple they waisted my time and money. It’s my mom’s birthday and now it’s ruined. Will not be booking this hotel at all. Expecting a full refund!

  : It’s dirty … no sheets for the sofa bed … or blankets or pillows!! The AC was not working so dissatisfied.. I want my money back so I can stay elsewhere
  : The staff ignored my calls I called the first time to request sheets and all above but they refused to bring it to my room and said I had to go get it Then called again requested a manager only to be told there wasn’t one on premises

  : This place was gorgeous from a distance. I really wanted to love it. It has so much potential. But has so many problems as well. My bathtub had pink mold. Some of the tiles were chipped away. Some of the paint on the walls of the shower were coming off. The locks for the pool were nonexistent this morning. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The gal serving me my breakfast wasn’t dressed in hotel gear so I thought that she was just a guest as I was so when I went to grab my plate to serve myself, she said this is your breakfast right here. I wasn’t greeted with a friendliness or even a hello or good morning. I did ask for a late check out and was told that that was not possible because the hotel was sold out, highly doubtful. But the night before I was told no problem for late checkout just to call in the morning.
  : It does have potential, with the proper odor ship and a facelift. The place would be up and booming again. I actually was charged more through Booking.com then if I would’ve just gotten a room at the hotel itself when I arrived. This is very disappointing. I tried to send an email but it didn’t go thru. I haven’t received my security deposit back yet. Which is actually $200. And that wasn’t stated on the Booking.com booking that I used. $200 is an outrageous price for deposit for one night at the hotel.
