Disappointing

  : Location and pool
  : I asked for early check in and was told it was $50 so I waited until 2 pm as told. Room key didnt work nor was it ready-waited outside for 45 mins to be told to go to office, given coke for my trouble. Got to room, blind broken, no coffee, cups, etc. Room ok clean. Went to wash clothes-they didnt provide detergent or change, washer didnt work properly and they didnt want refund money or do anything to make it right. Closed office at 9 something couldnt get supplies. No vending and my unit was on other side of road which was very inconvenient to do anything. Im disabled and just recovering from ruptured Achilles. Not the best accommodations.

  : Kitchenette, easy access to all our points of interest.
  : Shower, shower curtain was 10 inched to short and water went on bathroom floor, needed lots of towels to contain water. The showers water temperature was dangerously hard to control.Unfortunately, I filled liquid on kitchen floor that I need to wipe off, at thstvtime I teaLiked the Kitchen floor was so filthy, my paper towels were black.The one queen mattress had a deep dent in the center were you fell in to sleep. The AC unit was extreme loud, and was adjusted by maintenance.

  : Conveniently located. The manager/supervisor was great and extremely helpful. Facilities were clean.
  : the main entrance to all traffic in the morning is right next to the property. The doors run parallel about 40-50 ft from the hotel rooms and the noise in the morning and as the only complaint. If youre up early then it wont be a big deal

  : Location but loud. In great area though. It was decent.
  : I asked in notes for a handicap room!! They put us on the second floor with no elevators!!! My mother who is 92yrs old was in a dangerous situation. When I asked she said she could only see that I wanted to rent a bike!! Did not accommodate after I booked in advance. She gave it away and said there sold out!! It was hard on me and my mother! She is in a walker and has severe osteoarthritis and actually was looking forward to this trip. She got depressed and luckily I talked her into walking down the stairs with me one step at a time. Only 3 times cuz it was hard on her. Besides that the area was great. There was a off duty fireman who offered to take our luggage up before his concert. He was checking in at the time. Thank Gosh! I will be going up on this situation. Thank you for letting me express my experience. Kris B.

  : Did not like parking or that I had to walk across major road and had to call to find the office to check in.Staff wasn't great,charging extra for service dogs. Clean but beds were not great

  : Very Coronado! Small and efficient. Comfy and great location. It could use a few aesthetic improvements but overall, great and will stay again! The staff was friendly and all around good vibes!
  : There could be some wall hooks in the room and bathroom. The bed was a bit wobbly but it was comfy. Definitely could use better pillows. Oh and maybe a more efficient shower head. Again, it was all GOOD, but it could be so much better. It is obvious yall are working on the Inn, keep it up!

  : We asked for early check in but were declined. We then came back to check in at the scheduled time and we received our keys but the room hadnt even been cleaned yet???? The poor cleaning girl had to rush it while we waited outside. We waited an hour????
  : No one apologized for the wait or even offered a drink or anything??? Coronado used to be very friendly and good to the customers!!! Not this place

  : The room was clean and the beds were comfortable
  : The road noise was so loud. The light from outside the door was so bright shining through the glass during the night, that it was hard to sleep.

  : Pictures vS room big difference we had a double bed room one of the beds looked as if it was in the wrong room the box spring was too big for the mattress literally had the force the door open pass the makeshift box spring. I did bring it to the representative attention her response was OH definitely writing a letter to corporate the stay was not worth the $251 total
  : Bed too big for the room the pictures on the website must have been for the rooms somewhere else not on this property
