  : The ice machine was broken on the floor had to go all the way to the check-in office to get ice & the mini fridge cooling knob was missing couldn't regulate the temperature so no cold drinks

  : The morning staff was very helpful
  : They gave us rooms on opposite sides of the building, our 15 year old son had to stay in a room by himself. When we asked to get a room at least on the same side of the building, they refused. Told us it was because of the price and they had no more vacancy which wasn't true.

  : The sheets were dirty and full of hair, apparently they had not been washed for more than a month. An unbearable stench in the rooms, they smelled like old and rancid vomit, it was so strong that you couldn't be in there. These gentlemen are Indians or Pakistan, I don't know, the only thing I know is that their attention was terrible, they have zero empathy for other human beings, and they are only threatening the police, of course after having paid the money they don't care at all . very bad and despotic people. It was horrible, one of the worst experiences of my life, and I can assure you that I have been in really bad places but this one took the prize.

  : Location of room a bit remote for a single person checking in at night. No restrooms in lobby, breakfast room, anywhere for patrons to use while waiting for a ride. No additional receipt given, supposed to get an email, but I don't believe I did.
