  : there is a lot of mold on the house, it needs pressure washed. There were used Band-Aids on the table on the front porch and trash scraps near the trash cans and trash in the fire pit. the furniture inside and out is very used wobbly and or uncomfortable. there are so many rules for instance a burn ban when there isnt one for the area issued by the fire stations, they did not even understand why when we asked them. It would be nice if you could pull down to the property to at least unload then park up top. A honey bucket or the like would be nice close to the Ocean steps as it is a treck to get down to the ocean. The steps to the ocean failed and broke away on day 2 and I fell. The bathroom sink wouldnt shut off unless you got it in exactly the right position. We had a wonderful time dont get me wrong it was just very expensive and the home could of been batter presented and it is probably time to get new porch furniture and fix the deck steps.
