  : Sheets were nasty pillows and cases had stuff on them and the man at the office was not very nice and didn't want to go outside cuz it was dark along ways from the office in the back and I was by myself

  : Could check-in early, bar of soap smelled good.
  : Bath tub was dirty, AC was broken at first but they came and fixed it, lights took forever to warm up, appeared to not have been vacuumed, smell was bad, lotion smelled HORRENDOUS and even looked old, and upon arrival. Also, the guy said we could not check-in until 1:00, despite that the site says check-in begins at 7AM (which was our ONLY reason for staying at this property). After showing him this, he allowed us to check-in early. However, told us we had to leave by 6PM. He didn’t even give us a discounted price. Thankfully, we just needed a few hours of rest before continuing our travels. Lastly, the first issue I had was: we booked for Saturday originally. However, we weren’t going to make it by then, so I needed to change to Sunday. Working with Booking.com was easy. They were prompt in responding when messaging customer service. HOWEVER, in order to change the dates, it must be approved by the property. Neither I nor Booking could get in touch with them for almost 24 hours. I finally just made a new reservation. Thankfully, while we were there, I received an email confirming my cancellation and was not charged for both nights. They over-charge for this property. I could stay at a Motel 6 for the same price. The only advantage, and only reason for staying here is simply the early check-in.

  : Nothing... absolutely nothing did I like
  : Very irritated I booked through bookong.com and paid only to arrive to have to pay the same amount again even though I had proof it had been paid. He then asked did I want to use my debit card (inwhich he was holding) or cash. Then had to wait for the room to be vacuumed although there were maybe 4 cars on the parking lot and it was 100° in there literally. Very thankful bookong.com took care of the issue, I will not ever stay at this ran down crooked place again.
