  : Stains on furniture, bugs in the bathroom, and most importantly we were told there would be breakfast which is why we paid extra but there was no breakfast.

  : I didn't like the front desk guy because when I asked him questions about restaurants around the neighborhood, he seemed to not give a damn an Indian looking guy who also had an odor. There was also an asian looking guy who seemed to just turned his back to anything i asked. I explained i'm tired and hungry he just shrugged his shoulders like "OK". I checked in anyway, I ended up going to munchies and the food wasn't good either. About an hour or two some weather came and for the rest of the night there was NO A/C, NO lights in the room,NO electricity whatsoever until the following morning at like 5:40. NO back up power source, no courtesy call or even WELFARE check on the room to see if some assistance would be needed, such as lighting etc. I tried to talk to management about any kind of compensation for the night and the horrible experience, and they said not at all, there'll be none given.
