  : The location was central to the city - with loads of cafes and excellent restaurants, we took our dog with us and a lot of the cafes had outdoor seating so we could take her with us..The beds were so comfortable that I intend to change my mattresses out when I get home !
  : As far as I was concerned I was fine - however being in the centre of downtown close to a major hospital there was a lot of activity and street cleaning machines and sirens at night - BUT I grew up in the centre of a mahor city (London) and spent a lot of my youth in Paris and Rome - so that was a given for me but might not meet some peoples expectations :-)

  : Location
  : Elevator not working. Elevator blared an alarm outside my door for 3 days.No staff helped me move in or out considering I had 6 luggage bags and no elevator working. I was on the 3rd floor.I had to leave 2 days early because of the inconvenience. They offered me a room on the 2 nd floor but still no help to move my 6 bags.No microwave in the room
