  : All staff encounters were positive. Starting with Jared at the front desk and with Cheryl at the pool bar. They were helpful and had great suggestions that helped make this a great trip.

  : The breakfast was good, just wish they had additional options for eggs. They were more on the wet side and I personally didn't care for them. Otherwise, the food was fresh! The room was a decent size with two queen beds. The description was a little misleading as it said there would be a king sized bed and two queen beds. The beach was excellent and not crowded.
  : The check in was quite frustrating. Virginia had an attitude with someone on the phone that carried on to my check in. I paid for my stay online and it showed I would owe nothing at check in. $50 was asked for upon check in with very little explanation as to what for. Then, I was told there would be an additional $12 per night for parking. The website says $10. The printer in the business center would not work. Staff was not very helpful or knowledgeable but i don'treally expect them to be IT professionas. Price, location and amenities and my top 3 deal makers or breakers. I'm most likely not returning.
