: Everything, the bathroom smelled like pee so bad, the toilet wasn't clean, there was pee still all over the bottom and sides of toilet, the whole room smelled gross, they switched us rooms then the 2nd room was gross also and then a loud ringing noise was going off in our room and wouldn't stop so moved us again and that room wasn't clean I will NEVER stay there again. I didn't even sleep that night and it was supposed to be a family vacation ... do not stay there!!!

: The breakfast was small and simple, but that's all you need. It's in a readily available area and has plenty of seats. Lighting in the room was nice, and shades offered good blocking of sunlight. Channels on tv were easy to navigate as well. Also the shower/sink had pretty good water pressure.
: I initially booked a 5 night stay, but that quickly became a 4 night stay, after finding our room to be trashed. It smelled like a men's locker room, trash was left on the counters and such, and the bed wasn't made either. After staying the night at another hotel (since this one was fully boomed when we showed up) we decided to give it another shot. On less busy days it seems like a nice hotel, pool and other amenities are typically left clean. However, I can not neglect the fact that they fully did not clean our room when we booked it weeks in advance. Even if it was the ONLY available room, that should make cleaning more of a priority, imo.

: Could barely watch TV due to it steaming ridiculously slow. My room was not clean there was an old chest bottle that rolled from under the bed and mud.
