  : The pictures need to be updated. The pool is old and it wasn’t working on the pictures. It looks like it’s a big new pool. It’s very deceiving. The whole facility is not what it looks like in the photos.

  : The staff called to update us that the rooms we booked weren't available, that there were only king rooms available. We appreciated the time to decide what we would do. The sofa beds in the king rooms turned out to be big enough for two children, so it all worked out well. We loved the big rooms with big desk and bench and side table, easy to unpack and use our things without feeling cluttered.
  : Hot tub wasn't working. We had booked rooms way ahead of time with two beds and then none were available, had to use rooms with one king bed.
