  : excellent location. clean rooms. proper soft furnishings, towels, tea/coffee, plates, glasses etc for stay.

  : The view. Second trip to Chicago and we wanted to have an expansive view of Lake Michigan. Also liked the gym, and the relative proximity to other locations.
  : It was a little far flung from the things we wanted to do, but Chicago is a walkable city, so not really an issue,

  : Location was great. Room was spacious. Everything seemed nice. Entrance was clean. It felt safe. Great view. Water wasn't completely gross and was drinkable. Bathroom amenities were decent. Plenty of toilet paper. Bed was comfortable.
  : The dishes weren't clean - there was dried food on them. The floor was "swept" and by that I mean hardly swept. The floor wasn't the cleanest and could use a definite mopping each time there is a guest or something so it's not so sticky and maybe get rid of other peoples' hair. The pots and pans that are there for guests are not great. It did not inspire me to cook a meal at all. The pans were cheap POS and I'm glad I didn't try to figure out how to make a meal. We just ate out more than expected. There was no baking sheet or any sort of oven-safe dish I could warm up food in the oven, so I had to microwave my leftover pizza. A travesty, I know.I was charged a $95 cleaning fee in addition to the normal room fee. For this extra fee I expect better cleaning. I've had AirBnBs better cleaned. Most hotels I've been at were better cleaned. Apartments I've rented in Ukraine were better. Disappointing mainly due to the fact they charged me extra for a cleaning fee.
