  : Nothing is was beyond filthy literally from top to bottom if you don’t believe me, walking there and walk down the back hallway toward the elevator and look down you’ll see just in the damn rug that is horrible roaches mildew. I don’t even know what else to put in there cause it’s so much it’s horrible.
  : Everything the facility was horrible. It’s Midsomer. The pool was down and dirty. The patios like the patio we only had a table and a couple chairs of sitting in the gazebo was not open. They had the nerve to have it smelling like it is don’t book with these guys this they should condemn this place, it’s nasty

  : The breakfast was minimal. There was very little to eat and everyone doesn't eat Waffles.
  : Found out that the pool wasn't working due to having to have the pool serviced, which did not happen the entire weekend. There was only one elevator at the end of the hall and had to walk all the way to the other end to get to my room. The back door didn't work with the card for most of us (other customers too). We had to wait for someone to come out in order to get back into the hotel. There was NO PHONE in the room. The toilet kept making a harsh noise during the night. No one ever came to clean our rooms. Had to sleep with the same sheets for almost 4 days, had no towels or wash clothes. I had to go to the store and buy my own towels. Found out the day before we left that I was suppose to CALL and get my room cleaned. When asked if I can have my room cleaned after leaving out for the day, I was told that the cleaning crew had already left, so they would clean in tomorrow. However, tomorrow I was leaving to return home. Told me that it was there policy, but no one ever gave me that policy, if there was one. Never ever, have I been to a hotel and was told that I have to call in order to have my room cleaned. Please find another place to stay because this place isn't the one.

  : The hotel was very dirty and smelled bad roaches in the room we did not stay we drove home that night. I would like a full refund due to this experience

  : The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.
  : The pool was closed. The carpet was gross--sticky and damp. There was black mold on the walls in our room. An area of carpet was replaced with a giant pool of caulk.
