: The room was nice
: Was promise a specific parking space but it was occupied by a vehicle blocking two spaces, we had to practically beg for another spot at the front entrance. The lack of being able to communicate with the owner didn't help.. also had I known in advance that the pool was unavailable, I would have not stayed there as we were looking forward to relaxing by the pool.

: The pool was close. No one told us when we got this apt. The balcony was thirty and very old. We couldn't sit out there. . Very discounted and we should get a credit of $200 back to my credit card because of the condition. Only 4 towels forb6 days. 2 Beach towel. They knew 4 people was coming. Not good at all.

: Beach within walking distance.
: When I booked this location, I was told this was a five-star hotel which I found out by the owner after my first night there that it`s actually is a condo/Airbnb which we did not want. I choose to leave. I did show the owner my paperwork showing that booking.com has it listed as a hotel which she did not know. Place is being renovated. lots of rebuilding in the area. Lots of power outages in the area. Broken elevator.

: The suite rented was good. The front door was a little tricky. The hotel seems to be under renovation, we were not aware.
: The elevators were iffy, pool was not operational, and lobby was not air conditioned. I'm sure this used to be a Premier Property, and I'm sure it will be again. We were just caught unaware of the work in progress.
