  : The beds were okay.
  : Check-in was very ineffective as there were no staff present, only a virtual employee with a laggy connection. Check-in overall took more than 20 minutes.The floor of the room was not clean at all. The drain in the tub was completely blocked. We had clearly stated that we were 3 people travelling, yet we only got 2 towels. The room was very humid despite having the air-con on. The microwave was faulty and the WiFi was almost unusable.The walls weren't very sound-proof (there were screaming children running up and down the hallway until past midnight with no employees present to help, despite the fact that the hotel had a no noise policy after 9 pm with a 100$ fine). Breakfast was very disappointing. An employee did show up in the morning with milk but took it away before we were finished using it and it was impossible to find an employee afterwards to help.

  : I did not like that there was no staff at the front desk and we had to communicate with them via zoom or something and while I’m trying to talk to the person on the screen the housekeeper is vacuuming right behind me so I can’t hear anything being said on the screen. I also don’t like that the towels were removed from the room without supplying more and when I asked for more at 4-5 o’clock in the afternoon we didn’t receive them until almost 10 o’clock at night.

  : Nobody at desk had to talk to a person in a kiosk, quite bizarre. Couldn't understand them and wrong information. Business model doesn't work.
