  : I guess its a good location. Easy drive to the lake
  : Where do I even begin. I dont usually leave bad reviews but Im hoping this place can learn and improve from what I have to say. The bed in this place is the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept in. Its hard as a rock. I woke up every day with my lower back hurting so bad. Its too small so my husband and I could not both fit on it comfortably so my husband goes to pull out the couch bed and there was dried blood all over the mattress protector! (HIGHLY unsanitary) We went and bought him a blow up mattress, set it up that next night in the living room and we went to bed. About a half hour later he yells theres ants crawling all over me! And boy there was! We followed the ant trail to behind the couch, moved the couch and there was TONS of old food under the couch and ants galore! We cleaned and vacuumed everything up hoping we wouldnt see them anymore but unfortunately this place is infested with ants. If you leave one little crumb anywhere there will be TONS of ants, could not leave the dog food out. We would wake up to them all in the kitchen sink. I get this place is in the country but this place needs to be sprayed big time and regularly! No sleep plus ants everywhere all the time made for the worst stay. I think a simple mattress topper could even fix the uncomfortable bed situation. Also the blue lightbulb on the porch makes for horrible lighting when taking the dogs out at night to go potty. Maybe provide more more than one tiny dish soap so you have enough soap to actually clean the dishes good enough. This place has so much potential, it really does. I will say the deer were adorable every evening!

  : The view was beautiful. Right in the back yard there was a trail that the deer woukd take every morning mid day and evening. My daughter got to feed the deer from her hand ON THE FRONT PORCH. We were literally 3 minutes away from Comal Park and about 15 minutes away from Canyon Lake Swim Beach 1& 2. Grocery store, convenience store and gas station were right down the hill. This place was definitely an amazing place to be. We plan on making this trip every year.
  : There was a chair that was semi broken and continues to pinch mine or my daughters leg and then another chair that broke while I was just sitting in it. There were ants around the sink and popcorn kernels under the couch.
