Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : I did not get a chance to stay at the hotel because they cancelled my reservation. I was told that they did not have anyone to clean the rooms due to a call off from one staff member who had a death in the family. I found out 1 hour before checkin.
  : I didn't like that I had travelled 7hrs only to find that I didn't have a room nor that I couldn't find another hotel in the area. We had to stay with family in a small room that was'nt expecting us.

  : Was the cheapest in town.
  : The trash was not empty When I just got into my new room. There was old dirty towels from the last people. The AC unit did not work took them 2 nights to get it fixed.

  : Nothing it sucked could not get a remote to turn on the TV they did not have any available
  : Smelled like everybody smoke marijuana in the hallways sever rooms had towels stuffed under the door and I have drug testing for my current employer

  : When we walked into the room it smelled extremely musty. There was no sheets on the bed and their "blanket" was a curtain with cigarette holes.

  : The price and location.
  : They didn't have fitted sheets on their beds, only flat. Their "Smart Start Breakfast" (the only reason we went with this hotel) conconsisted of stale croissants and coffee with very little cream and sugar our of a Styrofoam cup. Train went by at 8 AM.

  : Smoking smell, parties going on next door, many dogs, cigarette burns on all the bedding. Checked out after 5 mins of being there.
