  : Very quaint property! I liked the historic look and feel and could envision the maids running up and down the winding staircase to get to and from their quarters. Great location, as well. Late check-in instructions were good.
  : I never saw anyone at the front desk. The bathroom (Patriot room) could use another towel rod or some hooks. Breakfast was very limited.

  : We appreciated being allowed to check in 2 hours early and we were able to store our luggage after we checked out.
  : I wish I could give it a better review, but I booked 3 rooms - 2 with 2 double beds and 1 with a king bed. When we checked in, we had 2 rooms with king beds and my grown sons had to sleep together. When I told the guy about this error, he told me i had booked a king, 2 doubles and one room with a full bed which I hadnt. He told me he upgraded us to a king bed. I didnt want to argue and presuming a 2 bed room wasnt available anyway, I didnt argue. I felt like we were being taken advantage of and we paid so so much for the rooms, it left a bad feeling in us about the place. Also the rug in our bathroom was wet when we arrived and the desk/bedside table was sticky all over - very dirty

  : Did not have parking. Booked this hotel because it was close to St. Elizebeth Medical Center. Had early 6:30 a.m. appointment next day. When checking in, explained to guy at desk, he told us to drive in to Boston , find parking and take public transportation back to hotel. He was absolutely not helpful, he got the point across, he could not have cared less. We were in a stressful situation, he was awful.
