: Showed up at 3 pm (which was check in time). Was told rooms wasn’t ready; waited in front lobby over an hr to get in a room.

: The staff were very nice
: Both bathrooms in the 2 rooms our family stayed in had dirty floors and baseboards. A couch in one of the rooms smelled strongly of vomit and had vomit stains on it and the fold out mattress.

: Everything at the hotel was fine except for checkin and the Bistro. The girl at checkin did not acknowledge me other than a curt “ can I help you?l I told her my name and she never said another word . Any question I asked her was answered by a short yes or no reply. She did exhibit a smile or any welcoming behavior. At the Bistro , the employee was more concerned about arranging wine glasses than asking us if we would like to order. When she finally did, she said they didn’t have a cook and she could only do wings. Other than that the room was fine . We probably will not stay here again mainly just because of the service.

: There was NO breakfast. The room was extremely small.....I could NOT USE MY WALKER IN THE ROOM OR BATHROOM.The thing I liked most were the other guests as we shared the very crowded elevator.The location was good for getting on the road the next morning.
: 1. The room was so small I could not use my walker in the room or the bathroom.2. The toilet was set so low that I had trouble standing up after using it.3. The "restaurant" didn't open until after we went out to eat supper.
