  : Close parking. The young girl who did the check-in was very pleasant while we waited 1/2 hour for her boss to answer her questions about why the system could not get us checked in.
  : 30 minutes wait to process check-in even though it was all prepaid and no money had to be collected. The room was not ready when we arrived about 7:30pm, Someone made us wait while she went to check the TV (even though we did not care about TV). A/C did not work; and they would do nothing about it. We had to fill the tub with cold water to get rid of heat, and put bags of ice in front of A/C fan to get some cooling. It was still too hot in the room to shower in the morning. When asked for free breakfast as compensation for lost sleep and shower, they refused; counter-offered just 10% breakfast discount, as if I should be pleased to help them make more profit off me. On top of that, the carpet was worn out and filthy. Chairs were dirty, and the microwave was on a chair instead of a table. This place looked good compared to the other option in town which had terrible online ratings. When we got there, the name on the building was mysteriously identical to that other option, and our experience was worse than the ratings of the other place. I even gave another person there a second chance to make up for the broken A/C, but that person did not care either.

  : Location was fine - restaurant is closed, so no breakfast was available.
  : Full-size bar of soap was left in the shower after someone else stayed there. Sheets looked slept in. No light over the sink and mirror. There was a large hole in the bath towel.

  : The check in was easy and the staff was friendly. He made some recommendation for us when I asked about dinner in town. The room is outdated but it has everything we needed. The soap and shampoo were ORGANIC. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I have chronic back pain and I woke up feeling awesome.
  : Since I am traveling thru and can't say much about the safety of the area. The hotel feels getto ish but that's the feel of the town in general. If you plan to stop by here, that's what you get. There is for sure a need for upgrade but being "outdated" doesn't mean it is not clean. It's CLEAN.
