  : location and home is BEAUTIFUL. SAD IT WAS NOT MAINTAINED
  : My 7 day vacation was spent seeking action for 4 days of those days.Going through my issues of the dirty green pool and mess in the yard when I arrived which was and is very unacceptable.Arriving Saturday the House was not covid cleaned. Upstairs bedding was not washed. Walls had dirt and things stuck on them. Furniture was not moved and there was dirty dust and food under them.Cleaning supplies should be available, which we had to purchased.This should be done on a weekly basis.Pool toys all over yard, broken. Broken table umbrellasFood, gummies, paper products on ground.Pool was not cleaned upon my arrival.Dirty and green!! I sent several pictures . Sunday I started my calls to get this resolvedThat was 4 days of EXCUSSES and pool got worse everydayTo my understanding, pool is only cleaned once a week on Wednesday, which is UNACCEPTABLE!This should of been done upon my arrivalThere are other issues with the pool which your company is aware of, including leaks.Your company made nothing but excuses, being the weather, while neighbors pools were crystal clearNOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND NO CALLS BACKSIt has been months since refund was promised. I can and will go to my bank for refund dispute for services not rendered if this is not taken care of.
