  : The place itself was clean. The bed very comfortable. Had hot water always.
  : Smelled musty... and that was my first impression. Hard to find. Had to circle the property to find parking. Lock box ruined my nails. On the contract it said to keep quiet due to neighborhood ... we were in the middle of the party. Neighbors upstairs were loud. I took no pics here.

  : The room was in a fantastic location within walking distance to restaurants, beaches, activities. Was also easy to obtain transportation from room.
  : Room wasn't anything fancy but was clean. Feel like cost was a little high for what you get although location was good.

  : Pictures were deceiving. Room extremely small, shower didn’t drain well you stood in ankle deep water while you showered, outlets needed to be replaced, blinds on door were broken, had to brew coffee on the floor.

  : I loved the location, right across the street from the beach. The house was really nice and perfect size for us. I loved that beach chairs were available to take over to the beach.
  : I would have liked more beach towels and more blankets! It would have been nice to have two extra blankets per bedroom. The sheet and comforter were thin and not heavy enough to keep us warm at night. Also it would have been nice to have more toilet paper, like 3 rolls per bathroom for our 5 night stay. The AC in one of the upstairs bedrooms didn’t work as well. There wasn’t a washer and dryer which would have been nice to wash our towels which we used daily for 5 days. By day 3 they were pretty dirty.

  : The location. The unit was recently renovated. Beach chairs available.
  : The look of the building, windows covered in plastic. (First thought, oh boy, we've been scammed). Portable A/C that made it difficult to reach the bedroom. Very musty odor in the unit. TV DID NOT WORK. (I sent text, no response. ) Grounds could have better upkeep.

  : the location a block from beach
  : after flying in from NJ for a wedding that day, we walked into an utter devastation. The shower was running and upon investigation the entire shower stall was torn down and destroyed. Extension cords running along the floor, with tape on top, to small appliances. The room was smaller then a jail cell. The other suites of #1 and #2 are advertised and photos show a nice room but in reality both rooms were torn down to their stud framing. This entire stay ruined my partner's sister's wedding. I am appalled.
