Lake Charlevoix Home with Deck Walk to Downtown!

  : The view was beautiful. We had lots of space for 6 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Large table for dining and card playing. Lots of towels. Good location for exploring the area.
  : The carpet and chair seats need cleaned. Found a dirty (not stained) towel in the closet. Kitchen needs updated. House is not on the lake but across the street from the lake. Several deck boards are weak. The handrail on the outdoor stairs needs repair. Outdoor lights are on motion detectors making the house difficult to find at night. A few mattress pads and pillows are stained. No sidewalks out front if wanting to walk. We thought it was too far to walk to town anyway. Sofa bed in the bedroom had a twin sheet on it, so it kept pulling off. Hot tub had sand in it. Despite all this, we had a wonderful time.
