  : Great Location and very uncomplicated. Nice to have 3 bathrooms.
  : Only thing missing was a little dining area but hard to do in this place. Oh! And it would be nice if the tv/cable/wifi wiring was done a bit more professionally. Looked a bit haphazard.

  : This rental was perfect for our needs, a great home base in an excellent neighborhood in Boston. The location was perfect, it was easily walkable to wherever we needed to go - the food in the neighborhood was AMAZING - there was plenty of space for our family of 4 (the unit sleeps up to 6), and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with, and the parking card for a nearby parking lot was CLUTCH! There's no street parking in the neighborhood so having access to a nearby lot was a major perk. The washer/dryer was also a huge benefit - we got soaked in a rainstorm one day so having a place to dry our clothes made it a much more comfortable trip. Overall a great stay.
  : None of these were a problem for us, but this might not be the right rental for you if: + You have mobility issues - There are 8-10 stairs to get up into the apartment and another full staircase that leads down to 2 beds and 1 bath. + Are a light sleeper - This unit is on the ground/1st floors so you can hear what's going on outside and in the building entryway + Plan on cooking often/entertaining in the apartment - The kitchen and living room were cozy, but the bedrooms and bathrooms were great
