  : There was old soap from the previous guest. There was no new toiletries. The pool had no water in it. Ice machine broken. Front desk wouldn't answer the phone

  : Upon arrival motel 6 had no record of booking com reservation and had no rooms available at all! Waste of time and money!

  : I had called and confirmed with the hotel the day of my booking (that I had booked two weeks prior) to make sure that I would have no issues with getting my room as I was getting in late (12:30 am). They confirmed with the front desk that everything was fine as they would be there 24 hours, and had left a note that I would be arriving late. I showed up at 12:15/12:30 like I told them and was told my reservation was not there so they had given my room away and didn’t have any rooms to give me. The guy at the front desk then looked up my confirmation number and found the reservation and said because it hadn’t come up for him, the room wasn’t reserved? And there was no notes from who I had talked to earlier in the day. He told me I’d have to go to quality inn down the road. I didn’t have a car and was left there by my Uber so I had to walk to the quality inn (mind you it’s 1 am, I am pregnant, alone, and this road is on the side of a highway). I didn’t get checked into my new room until about 2 am and had to pay $130 instead of the $60 I had reserved my room for at Motel 6 to just lay my head down for a few hours. I wouldn’t have booked a room if I was going to spend that money. I was only staying because again, I am pregnant, and wanted to get some sleep before having to drive back up to McCall in the morning.

  : It was quiet.
  : No towels. I asked for towels around 7 pm. because there were no large towels. He said they would bring some up later. It didn't happen. In the morning, around 7:30 I asked again for towels. They said they would have some in an hour. I asked again around 9. They said it would be another hour. They never brought any. I finally just used the 2 wash cloths and the 1 hand towel. I wasn't checked out at 11 because I had waited for towels. They called me at 11 and said it was time to check out. I explained why I wasn't and she said I had till 11:20. It was already 11 am. I am extremely disappointed that after they didn't bring me towels, they still expected me to be checked out on tine!
