Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Almost everything was perfect! Beautiful scenery and the place fit our needs.
  : The heat pump kept coming off. We were staying with 20 degree temps and woke up freezing every morning and on and off during the day.

Disappointing

  : It was nice being close to downtown blue ridge and close to Lake blue ridge to hike and walk our dogs .cabin was spacious
  : The cabin was a bit chilly and we didn't want to use fireplace. It rained a couple days and there wasn't a door mat to wipe your shows .there was only one remote for both tv's and the one in the game room would only work when I used my streaming service any other channel would not work. We are not used to Roku the refrigerator wobbled
