  : BEWARE! I booked a room with two full beds because I was traveling with my adult son. We checked in late the first night to discover one bed and a sofa. I asked the desk clerk to change our room to what I booked and he said they were full and nothing he could do. He didn’t even offer to have the sofa pull out bed made up so my son just slept on the awful sofa. He told me to contact Booking.com because it was their issue since they sell bookings not knowing what a hotel’s actual inventory is at the time you book. SECOND BEWARE! I contacted Booking.com and they did nothing but tell me to work it out with the hotel. This was just a game of circle of blame they play. Needless to say that for four nights after long days of moving my son from one college apartment to another and being tired we had to deal with him sleeping on a terrible pull out bed which they at least made up the second night with sheets but no pillows. I used to love this hotel and Booking.com but I will not use them anymore! BEWARE!
  : The whole experience!!! Worst possible trip for this to happen since we were so tired and needed the benefit of a good night’s sleep. Neither the hotel or Booking.com did anything! The fact that Booking.com took no responsibility was frustrating especially since the hotel didn’t take any responsibility.
