  : It is NOT handicap accessible, even though we were told via email we would be getting an accessible room. To get to our room, my husband had to wheel me down the steps to the 1st floor. When I talked to the worker about these issues as I checked out, he apologized. As I left, he returned to what he was doing, making no note of my gently worded suggestions to let others know on the businesses website that this is NOT an accessible hotel.The room was decorated well, but the bathroom had issues. The toilet was leaking. The towel rack was rusty. The air conditioner rattled whenever it engaged. No grab bars to make the bath/shower safe for me. My wheelchair could barely fit through the door into the bathroom.If you have any sensitivity to cigarette smoke, it is advised that you opt for another hotel as the hallway reeked of smoke.Cleanliness was poor. We washed all of the tables for your hotel. You're welcome. The food options were fairly picked over at 7:30 in the morning.

  : Hair in shower drain; chair in room that wouldn’t sell in a thrift store; breakfast food gone at 7:10; frig door handle broken.

  : When we arrived for breakfast a little after 8 am the only offerings were cold cereal, biscuits ( no gravy and only one pat of butter), and bread. Filling our coffee cups emptied the caraf, so when the other guest went to refill her cup there was none. No one came to refill anything and several more guests came for breakfast while we were eating our cereal.
  : Parking was nearly impossible when we arrived around 10 pm. The bed was very hard and was noisy, the pillows were poor and the WiFi didn’t work.

  : The biscuits for the gravy could have been soft and fresh. They were so hard that you couldn't eat them. The one part of the security latch for our room was missing. Couldn't log into the free internet. One of the room key cards didn't work. Couldn't understand the person working up front because the big glass window muffled this voice.

  : TV did not work. Shower barely worked. Hair dryer did not work. Water was working half the time. Breakfast was marginal. No elevator. Not compliant with ADA, Not up to what I expect from Whyndem .
