  : The Good: Free parking, good location.
  : The Bad: Bugs in the reception, Bed was metal frame which kept moving. Bugs in hallway trying to get in to rooms. Breakfast included was just muffins and Granola bars and the area was messy during breakfast time. Rooms were extremenly cold when entered and felt waste of lot of energy. Overall cleanliness, Price was ridiculous for the facilioties available.

  : We saw a roach in the bathroom. We were able to kill it. After seeing it the whole place turned me off. We kept looking for more and couldn’t relax.

  : It's an Extended Stay. The room was NOT set up for anyone to stay. The hallway smelled like a marijuana factory. The staff was clueless, the room was dirty. There was no complimentary breakfast, and it is a facility for HUD housing and crack heads. Not what the website pictured.

  : For all the nights that we spent there no one came to change our beddings and do the cleaning, whenever we ask why they didn’t do the cleaning, the staff told us that the cleaners were very busy

  : Location, kitchen options and being pet friendly were all positive.
  : Room was supposed to be non smoking however the room reeked of smoke and there were a few cigarette burns around the bathroom sink. Also I booked an ADA room and sent a special message that I needed grab bars in the bathroom and to be near an exit. The room was Not handicapped excesssble, not one grab bar!! This made the bathroom very uncomfortable and unsafe for me. We were in a rush to change and leave for a wedding so we couldn't address this problem on our way out. We did tell the night front desk person about the smoke. He just said the whole hotel us non smoking. I said well whoever had the room before us did smoke in there and housekeeping did not remedy it. He didn't say anything! I didn't really want to change rooms at 1AM. So instead I asked for new pillows and cases, which he did so that helped. I asked about ice and was surprised no ice machine, who doesn't have ice machines??At checkout, we did advise the woman at the front desk of the smoking situation. She was very nice and apologised. In addition I mentioned about booking as ADA room ans sent a request that our room had neither.She looked at.our reservation confused, that she didn't get that info rom Booking.Com. After some time she found the info not at the top of the poking !!or in pertinant info but in commenrs. I am only partially handicapped and traveled with mt husband, so I managed. If I was further disabled or alone it could have been am accident waiting to happen. In addition, a handicap accessible rooms purpose is to make the handicapped person not only safer but have us retain our independance!! Having someone, even a spouse, help you in the bathroom is embarrasing at best or emotionally crushing. Luckily I am currently only partially disabled and was able to manage with minor help but this needs to be addressed for other guests in the future!Again the woman at the front desk was very nice, apologetic and understanding.
