  : Plenty of comfortable beds for our group of 16. Large gathering area was good for Christmas gift exchange. Location was perfect as we had people coming from VA and PA.
  : Nearby rec center was closed so the indoor pool and workout facility wasn't available. More furniture/ seating would be helpful.

  : The house fees include a $125 cleaning fee which seems a bit high for the length of time we stayed (1 night) and the housekeepers seem to cut corners to clean the house. Bathrooms and bedding were clean, but floors throughout the house were barely cleaned, Dust, hair, etc. all over the floors, I understand is cabin in the woods, but at the same time is not a rustic cabin in the woods. The appliances have a layer of grease on all of them. The fridge still have some things from previous renters, bag of ice that smell like a wet dog in the freezer. Trash can outside was full and had to stack our trash on top of the canister. Not too thrill with what I paid in cleaning fees. Seems like the owner is either not getting his money's worth for the services he is paying for,
