: Absolutely terrible!
: Staff was unprofessional.Our accommodations were terrible. My reservation was switched to a smaller room that did not fit our needs because they claimed they overbooked. The bed in our room was a pullout couch and it did not have a mattress. It had vomit or puke/mold stain on it. They did not have a mattress for the bed and had to sleep on the floor! The morning Staff were aware that when they checked us in the bed did not have a mattress and they had no mattress to put on it. Therefore, they knew what was going to happen when night came and we unrolled the couch only to find there was nowhere to actually sleep and it was disgusting inside! We asked to be compensated in the morning and were certainly not going to spend another night. They said there was nothing they could do and we needed to contact choice hotels. We have yet to find out if we will be receiving a refund for the one night we stayed but not only do we need to be refunded for that terrible night day. We would also appreciate compensation for our ruined vacation! We had planned to stay there and by the time we went to book something else most all hotels were booked and we ended up just going home a day early. Completely ruined our experience Experience.
