Disappointing

  : Breakfast was fine. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Parking was plentiful.
  : Extra fee ($15) on arrival that was in addition to the money I had already paid when I reserved the room online. It felt fraudulent. When I questioned it I was told “it’s a mandatory fee for incidentals.” What incidentals?! It’s a holiday inn and I was traveling with small children, alone, late at night. I just paid it. But I’m still upset about it. The extra fee in addition to the advertised price meant I probably would have chosen a different hotel, and now I will definitely do so next time I pass through the area. There were piles of stuff in the hallway the entire time we were there. Not enough electrical outlets in the room for our iPads and phones to charge and be accessible, especially for a hotel that claims it was just updated and upgraded. Most of the outlets were clearly very old. Pool was freezing cold.

  : Front desk personnel was great. Very friendly and helpful. Abdel was great at the front desk.
  : Breakfast was bad. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn’s and this was the only one that disappointed with it’s kitchen staff.

  : there are NO mobility accessible rooms to book online. only hearing accessible. I called to change and was told done and got there and the change was no made. 1st rm was flooded so was then moved to a mobility accessible room. ice machine on 6th for didn’t work.

  : Most of the staff were nice. The breakfast was pretty good. Nice big TV. Pool was warm.
  : Our first room had a broken toilet so we switched rooms and the 2nd room still had a jacket in the closet. The pool floor was dirty. Staff were not professionally dressed.
