  : This super 8 was under a face lift were the rugs were being ripped up, rooms being re-done. the place looked like a dump. i feel if they was re-doing the hotel they should not have people staying there till everything was done. plus my room had no cups, the tv i couldn't use because no batteries in the remote control. This is the worse super 8 i have ever stayed in. Even the guy at the desk looked like he walked off the street and didn't even look like he worked there. no uniform on showing he was an employee. i feel people like this and the way the place looked could give you a bad rep.

  : The smell in the building. Dog feces tracked in the hallway and smeared on walls. Overall unclean. The smell of animals is very pungent. There was an oversized dead bug in my bathroom

  : Upon arriving, there was a group of young people working on a car in the middle of the parking lot. Some of the rooms looked like they had full time residents. Kids toys and trash strewn around porches on the second floor. The property looked dark and shabby and nearly vacant. As a senior citizen I felt scared for my safety and decided not to stay there. I tried calling the office several times to cancel but kept getting an answering machine. Extremely disappointed!!! Although I understand your cancellation policy, I feel I should receive a refund. This experience will make me think twice about future stays at a Super 8 motel or hotel. R Glover.
  : Pick up the trash, get rid of “permanent residents, dont let groups of people gather on the property to fix cars and generally clean the place up! At least add a sense of safety and security to the property!

  : The clerk tried to be friendly but didn’t seem to understand the quality problems
  : The outside was filthy. The tv remote wouldn’t turn on or off the tv and the selections were horrible. The breakfast was worthless. The room felt unclean and the door had almost an inch At bottom so could hear anything in hall.

  : There was no breakfast. Could have had coffee or tea. Furniture looked like something they got from garbage dump and was dusty. The only chair was dirty and soiled. Mirrors had dirty streaks, bathroom wall had mildew in grout; shower curtain had mildew; bathtub drain rusty; bathroom door had all kinds of dirty splatters in it. Refrigerator looked like something was growing in the back of it If we weren’t so tired from our journey, would have left to find a clean motel. However Sheets and pillowcases looked clean so we went to bed and tried not to touch anything else. I took lots of pictures. Plan to write to Wyndham. They should not have a place like this destroy their good name.Also, Booking.com should not include it in their listings. Health and safety violations, Smoke alarm not operational (see picture #1)
