  : The location was great. We did not rent a car but walked around the area instead. The harbor was a block away, there were plenty of restaurants and museums. The manager was really nice and made us feel very welcome. Her maintenance man was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were good. The space is lovely and spacious. The main room is so spacious and designed for a family so therefore we had an hard time getting anyone to sleep in the downstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds. (7 kids). They chose to all sleep in the main room and Derrick the maintenance man brought over a blow up mattress for 2. And that was perfect. I realized later we forgot to leave him a tip. Derrick I apologize but please know that we appreciate everything. Traveling with several children was a lot and I probably would have lost my head if it wasnt attached to my body. But all that matters is they had a great time. Our grandchildren did not want to leave. If there was a pool there they probably would not have left the building at all. I dont know when I will visit Baltimore again but I would definitely stay there again.
  : The homeless were around a lot and often asleep in the entrance area of the building. But we really did not complain because I assume they were there because they felt safe and we were there for an only 5 days and didnt want to be rude.

  : The unit itself appears to have been updated recently and was spotless! Good layout and plenty of space, had all the basics like ironing board, hairdryer, as well as washer/dryer. The building manager was nice and very flexible in meeting me to get into the unit since my flight was delayed. The building was quiet and felt pretty secure. There was visible police presence on the street pretty much the entire time I was there which was actually kind of comforting!
  : The building is a little rundown. The trash bin is inside and there was a slight smell in the main entryway leading to the elevator, You also have to use a key to lock the unit from inside as well as the outside. The street is fairly busy, with the usual characters you might encounter in any metropolitan downtown area, so just be aware of your surroundings.

  : Very convenient to major attractions and restaurants. Right next to Dunkin Donuts. Building felt really safe. Apartments are spacious. Parking included and right across the street. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit.
  : I would have given this an excellent if the linen was higher quality and the furniture was steam cleaned. The garbage cans in the hallways make them musty as not every renter is considerate in wrapping up their garbage. Some noise at night as there is always a mixture of conference goers and bar hoppers.

  : Roomie. The customer service was wonderful! Security was nice.
  : Bedroom was right above a bar! Outrageously loud, swearing and fights every night!! Not a ideal location!! The parking ramp was across a very busy street. Not a good location. Hardly any sleep!! Scary location
