  : We arrived & we had been looking forward to the jaccuzi tube out in balcony but the jets did not work we called the front to come help us she said she would come in 10 minutes we waited 45minutes then called again it seemed she had forgotten about us. Then came up to help us & she ended up not being able to help with the situation of the jet’s not working. Then afterwards the tube completely shut off on us we were not able to enjoy the jaccuzi we had paid more for a room with a jaccuzi. They told us they could not discount us due to us booking through a 3rd party booking for com. The only thing I enjoyed was the location.
  : That I over paid for a jacuzzi we weren’t able to enjoy because it broke & nobody could fix it nor could they give us a different room or discount.
