  : Nothing. The check in lady was friendly.
  : We booked the queen room. There was a small window but it was high up in the wall so you couldn’t see out or let much light in. The room is tiny its about half the size of a basic hotel room anywhere else. Floor was really dirty. I wore white socks which was a mistake. Bath towels are tiny. It was like a closet converted to a bedroom. Dark room, loud upstairs. We asked for extra towels for the second day. They didn’t have any clean towels so they gave us beach towels. I referred to it as a hostel and my husband called it a dorm. Don’t make the Hermosa inn mistake like we did. It’s a great location. We typically stay at the Catalina island inn but saw this deal on booking.com and went for it. Such a mistake. We seriously considered just leaving the room and getting a room somewhere else. I’m disappointed with booking.com because this is not what we thought we were getting based on pictures.

  : The hotel room was a dump. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The mattress had to be 30 years old and the shower wasn't big enough for a child to fit in
